Living organism (such as abacteria,fungi, viruses) too small to be seen with naked eyebut visible under a microscope are called micro organisms...

Microbes or micro-organisms are living organisms, that are really tiny in size, can be single celled and can be used for commercial purposes such as making bread and alcohol by fermentation. Examples:- Certain Bacteria like Amoeba, Euglena and Fungi Such as Yeast.
