Mid day meal scheme is the scheme in which the school children have provided the food in the schools. it is provided to increase the literacy rate in our country and to reduce poverty in the country. It is also provided to provide education to the poor children of the families who are below the poverty line

     It is a scheme for students who are poor and cannot get even forr for eating. Government is now giving food for students in schools.  So the students will be eager to come to school.

Two purposes of it;

• Every student will come to school and learn because they are giving food to them in the afternoon
• Parents are becoming happy because their child is now able to study and also get food
