when any military of country govern the country because there people don't have the right to chose their leaders and military dictatorship take place there by general musharraf in 1999

A milatry coup is an act, led by a milatry general that can take over or throw the government with/without harming the president or the head. Pakistan can not be.called a true democracy because there are elections te canditates are choosen but the real powers rest within milatry generals like gen musharraf
