some times the Chief Commander of the military of a country takes over the parliamentarycontrol and seizes the power with the help of militarily group. The chief then rules the country on his own way and stops the election and throws the elected representatives out from the parliament. He establishes his dictatorship which is known as Military dictatorship.
the basic features are that no elections are held as I have already mentioned above. He has all the power in a single hand and people can never through him out of his power directly. People have no will to elect him as their ruler as the power is seized. He works according to his own wish and people can't question for his work.
