First there can be a large margin of error. Second the sizes are often less well known than the masses and luminosities. But:
The biggest star we know of, could be UY Scuti. It is a Red hypergiant.
It is not the most massive star though, with no more than about 10 solar masses, having lost about the same amount in its way to this end phase. The most massive star is probably R136a1, Wolf Rayet star with a mass of about 325 solar masses. Remarkably exceding the theoretical upper limit of about 150 - 200 solar masses, based upon astrophysical models....
