what is mitosis? which type of cell occur in organism due to mitosis ? write different stages of it and explain

Mitosis allows the same cell functions and process (primarily growth and replacement) to continue because it produces daughter cells identical to the parent cell. Mitosis is a continuous process that takes place over fivephases: interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase
