MNC is the abbreviation form of Multi-National Corporation or Company. An MNC is a corporate or-ganization that holds or manages the production of goods or services in at least one country other than its own nation. There are two main characteristics of an MNC, firstly, it is larger in size and secondly, that their activities all around the world are centrally controlled by a parent company.
Founded by Dhirubhai H. Ambani, Reliance Company is not an MNC. Though it is the largest private sector company of India, it does not operate its business in other companies.
