    hre is ur answer,...............

According to this concept, the outer most shell of an atom is called valence shell and electrons of outermost shell are called valence electrons. Atoms tend to combine hi such a way that they each have eight electrons in their valence shells, giving them the same electronic configuration as a noble gas. In simple terms, molecules or ions ten_d to be most stable when the outermost electron shells of their constituent atoms contains eight electrons.
