MOLE CONCEPT is nothing but a collective term for atoms.
6.022 × 10^23 atoms / molecules together is called one mole.
That is if you say 1 mole of sodium, it means there are 6.022 × 10^23 atoms of sodium.
MOLAR MASS is the weight of the atom in comparison to 1/12th part of one atom of CARBON.
For example the molar mass of H2O is 1 *2 + 16 = 18 u.
