Mole concept is all about calculation of Formation of amount of product and reactant consumed. To understand mole concept in a better manner you should have idea of unitary method like, if in 10 rupees you got 5, chocolate then how much you will get in 4 rupees, how will you do

10 rupees - - - - - - - gives 5 chocolate

Then 1 rs gives - - - 5/10 chocolate

So 2 rs give---- 2*5/10 chocolate

Mole concept is basically used in chemical industry or you can say mostly in pharmaceutical industry, where you have to do the addition very carefully and so you have to calculate first on addition of what with what gives what product.

For eg N2 + 3H2 - - - 2NH3

It means, 1 mole of N2 reacts with 3moles of H2 to form 2 moles of ammonia, so if we have to form 6 moles of ammonia what we will do, we just increase the moles N2 to 3 moles, H2 to 9 moles.

Mole concept is the basic chapter of Physical-Chemistry.
