It is denoted by p ...and the SI unit is as follows :
Interpret Force :
As foce = mass × acceleration
or F = ma .....eq(1)
and p = mv
so m = p/v
now put value of m in eq (1)
so F = (p×a)/v

= ma (v-u ÷t=a)
p=mv
=m (v-u)/t
