Monoclinic crystalline structure : It is one of the 7 crystal systems. This crystal system is described by three vectors and these vectors are of unequal lengths.

The unequal lengths are a, b, and c where a is perpendicular to b and c, but b and c are not perpendicular to each other.  

And the angle between the edges that is, angle \alpha between the edges b and c, angle \beta between the edges a and c and angle \gamma between the edges a and b.

The relation between these angles are, \alpha=\gamma=90^o,\beta\neq 90^o
