What is more valuable, the money we spend on the luxuries or the necessities we use. Write your views

Although the necessities are very important,  I feel like the luxuries are more valuable. If you think about it not everyone has those luxuries like a Gucci bag  and because people spend so much money on it it makes it more valuable. Some necessities can be pricey like a shelter/house but a big mansion would be a luxury and a tiny house with food and water is a necessity.
