Answer:

The Prince of Morocco boasts about himself. He said Portia not to dislike him beacuse of his dark complexion as he lives near the equator and the Sun's rays falls directly on that place. Due to his complexion, the young maidens of his place want to marry him. He again says to challenge a powerful person and he will defeat him as well. He told that he has defeated Persian Prince and other 3 princes on the battlefield. He can challenge the tiger who was after his prey and can snatch the young cub from the mother bear.

Its from Act 2 Scene 1.
