In biology,
Motile means gametes/sex cells capable of motion.
Example,
The male sperm in motile as it can move and reach the ova to fuse to form zygote..

Non motile means gametes/sex cells incapable of motion.
Example,
The female gamete( egg or ova) is immotile(non motile) as it is incapable of motion. Yet, it stores food for nourishment.
