The movement of a body or object is known as motion.

Types of motion

1). Uniform motion - when a body travels in a straight path and its velocity increases by equal amount in equal intervals of time, it is said to have a Uniform motion.

2). Non-uniform motion- When the velocity of a body enhances by unequal amounts in equal intervals of time its is said to have a non-uniform motion.

Uniform motion - Uniform motion is a kind of motion in which the body covers equal distance in equal time.
Non uniform motion - When a body covers equal distance in unequal interval of time or unequal distance in equal interval of time .
