Motivation is the word derived from the word ’motive’ which means needs, desires, wants or drives within the individuals. It is the process of stimulating people to actions to accomplish the goals. In the work goal context the psychological factors stimulating the people’s behaviour can be -

  • desire for money
  • success
  • recognition
  • job-satisfaction
  • team work, etc

Motivation are the words which have sense to inspire u to do any work.

Motivation can only motivate u or can only make u physiclly active but it can't make u mentally relaxed.

it's the main point

when u will see motivation of any big h person then u will have an enormous power to do that work but

while working u will be again and again thinking about that and u can't focus on the thing

so the main meaning of my talking Ia that

don't be motivated by others

Be motivated by urself

motivation by urself makes u physiclly active as well as mentally focused, strong and relaxed.
