Basically there are 3 types of communications

▶️Uni-cast

▶️Broadcast

▶️Multicast

Uni-cast is one-to-one Communication

Broadcast is one-to-all Communication

Where as Multicast is Communication of One-to-Group of devices, where group is created based on some criteria .

In Multicast Sender will not know how many recipients are actually receiving the message.
