A muscular force is a force applied using parts of body like the arms and legs . It happend due to the muscles. Its is called a contact force because it happens only when there is a contact between our body and an object.
eg: Lifting a heavy bag.

- All our body activities like lifting, walking, running, bending is because of muscular force.
- It is a contact force because muscular force can only be exerted on physical contact.
