Mutation is a change in the DNA that can cause benefits,harm, or nothing. There are 3 types:Deletion,Insertion, and subsitution.

Deletion:Deletion happens when a base or more is missing or deleted

Insertion:Insertion happens when a codon is added and does not delete

Subsitution:Subsitution happens when one codon is a subsitute for another codon (it’s like a new teacher is a subsitute for the current teacher).

These mutations are harmful:Cancer,Down Syndrome, and sickle-cell anaemia

I don’t know what mutations are benefitical but having blue eyes as a baby has no effect at all. The best thing was that some people with blue eyes comeback to your normal color.
