generally heartattack which results in death. it is caused due to a CLOT formed in the pericardial muscle's nerves which prevents if from much needed oxygen and resulting eventually in deadening of the tissue of that area and a heart attack or myocardial infraction follows. the same thingg if happens in brain is called a stroke
