Myogenic heart means that the heart is able to beat on its own, without willing it to beat. The myocytes within t the heart is able to beat on its own, without you willing it to beat.

Myogenic heart (Auto-rhythmic heart):
Vertebrates have myogenic heart.
Cardiac impulse originates in specialized cardiac muscle fibres and is not brought to heart by nerve fibres.
Nervous system only alters rate of cardiac impulse generation.
Myogenic heart continues to beat for some time even after taken out from body. Due to this property heart transplantation is possible in vertebrates including human.
