- A condition in which close objects appear clearly, but far ones don't.
hypermetropia
- A vision condition in which nearby objects are blurry.
presbyopia
- A gradual, age related loss of the eyes ability to focus on nearby objects.

- It is also known as near - sightedness.
- A person with myopia can see nearby objects clearly but cannot see far objects clearly.
- It can be corrected by using concave lens.
Hypermetropia
- It is also known as far - sightedness.
- A person with hypermetropia can see far objects clearly but cannot see nearby objects clearly.
- It can be corrected by using convex lens
Presbyopia
- Due to ageing people are unable to see nearby and distinct objects , then the effect which is arrised is known as presbyopia.
- It can be corrected by bifocal lens
