It can lead to the depletion of certain nutrients which are essentially important for your body but you are consuming it. For eg :- You are not taking the correct quantity of fats you require ,in order to become slim. Slim doesn't means you have to become slim. You are should neither be too fat n not too slim. You should be fit. Eating the right food will supply ur body with all the nutrients.
