first we understand that what is semiconductors . semiconductors is no perfect conductor and insulator but it is mixture of metal and insulator metal.silicon and gelium are the semiconductors. if talk about the n-type semiconductors it is junction are p& n two type
p-type are hole in the junction and the it is plus
n-type are electron nearest to junction it is are minus sign.
