Here is your answer,

===============================================

Nascent hydrogen is obtained when Zinc reacts with sulphuric acid or by reducing agent.

Thus, this form is also reactive because in this form H is unstable and for stability it combine with substance to be reduced or for other purpose but not so reactive.

In context of chemical reaction, nascent hydrogen or element means such elements which are produced in situ and are highly reactive elements compared to their ordinary forms.

Nascent hydrogen is very reactive due to which it reacts with chemicals which don't react with molecular hydrogen in normal condition.
