National Parties:

National parties are those parties which have influence all over the nation.In simple words they govern all over the nation.National parties having a permanent symbol which can't be change.

example:BJP(Bharatiya Janata party) & INC (indian national congress) are such examples of national parties.

Regional parties:-

Regional parties are those parties which govern in the state only or they beyond upto the state.If regional party govern more than 2 state they can also become a national party.

example: Akali dal,shiv sena ,AIDMK etc are all regional parties.
