National Development is the ability of a country to improve the social welfare of the people by providing social amenities like quality education , potable water , medical , infrastructure etc..

National development refers to ability of a Nation to improve the lives of it's citizens . Measure of improvement may be material such as an increase in the gross domestic product , or social such as literacy rate and availability of healthcare.
