EXTERNAL EMERGENCY:

WHEN THE NATIONAL EMERGENCY IS DECLARED ON THE GROUND WAR OR EXTERNAL AGGRESSION IS KNOWN AS EXTERNAL EMERGENCY.

INTERNAL EMERGENCY:

WHEN IT IS DECLARED ON THE GROUND OF ARMED REBELLION IT IS KNOWN AS INTERNAL EMERGENCY.
