what is natural number with example


Anonymous: to understand natural number you just need to remember is it starts from 1 until Infinity but never it will be zero and negative show the examples are 45, 310,1

Natural numbers May be defined as the set of Positive or Counting numbers

Eg :- 1,2,3,4, etc., are natural numbers

Heya friend,


Natural numbers are those numbers which start from 1 till infinity.
For example - 1, 2, 3.

Other : - 

Whole numbers are those starting form zero till infinity.
For example - 0, 1, 2

The basic difference between these two is the whole numbers start from zero whereas natural numbers start from one, from this we can even say that natural numbers are whole numbers.
