Natural vegetation refers to a plant community that has grown naturally without human aid and has been left undisturbed by human or other interference for a long time to allow the individual species to adjust themselves to the climate and soil conditions so that it eventually becomes the dominant vegetation.

I am not able to understand your second part of your question.
I hope this helps you.

Answer: In many parts of the world the physical environment favours the growth of a large variety of plants. The plants which grow naturally are known as Natural vegetation.
