1)In a polypeptide or a protein,amino acids are linked by a peptide bond which is formed when a carboxyl group of a amino acid bonds with the amino group of the other amino acid.This is followed by the elimination of water

2)In a polysaccharide,the individual monosaccharides are linked by a glycosidic bond.This bond is also formed by dehydration.this bond is formed when two C-atoms of two adjacent monosaccharides bond with each other.

3)In a nucleic acid,a phosphate moeity links the 3'-C of one sugar of one nucleotide to the 5'-C of the sugar of the succeeding nucleotide.This bond is known as phophoester bond.
