unemployment refers to a situation where individuals who are qualified and willing to work are unable to find work. In India there are two types of unemployment thus voluntary and involuntary employment. voluntary results from people who are qualified and willing to work fail to do so due to their own desire. involuntary comes as a result of structural, regional and technological issues.
