You do not become an NDA Officer, instead you become an Army Officer, a Navy Officer or an Air Force Officer. appear for NDA written exam conducted by UPSC twice every year. On being recommended by the Services Selection Board, proceed for the Medical examination.

It's a joint service academy of the Indian Armed Forces where cadets of the three service the army, the navy and the Air Force train together before they go on to respective service.
Just have a good health and have your body be fit to be an NDA officer.
