- Shelter
A populated area/country requires a large amount of requirements such as -
The Area shall be enriched with buildings, houses, hotels etc. so that people can reside in buildings even while they travel to different places.

Food supply is the most important requirement, it is to be supplied in enough amount in shops, vegetable venders etc. Not only vegetables but also fruits, snack stalls, malls etc. to be set up.
- Job/Economy
Economy set up is also important to run a nation. Proper budget management and job security should established. Many jobs post should be made by government for different classes of people which would make their source of income for full filling their basic needs.
