what is need of closing all the shops due to covid 19 as it is great evonomic set back??

All types of gatherings are forbidden...shops have many customers...and is also a type of gathering. also if a person from the customers are affected by corona virus..the other customers may as well get the virus..hence shops and malls are closed due to covid 19.
