Due to sexual reproduction there is slight change in the next progeny.

So Sexual reproduction ensures continuation of species in this planet.

The sexual reproduction gives variety in species.

Due to variations a organism is better adapted to his surrounding which is very necessary in today's world of changing atmosphere.
