Successful it person now days you have to be better in communication skill listening writing speaking and you have to be a good in analytical and logical flexibility and adaptability internal person ability ability to make decisions in solved problems you should have ability to plan organised and prioritise work and also to be a multiple hats and management skills

IT is vast, there are alot of fields in IT like IT consultant, Health IT specialist, Mobile application developer, Web developer etc so first of all you should choose what you wanna be.

So you should do your B. Tech. and also learn things related to your field.

alapanchatterjee1: Sir I am pursuing my BTech in Computer Science. I would like to work as a software engineer if I join IT. What things should I take care of to make companies believe that choosing me is going to benifit them?
