There are three types of nerves in our body with different functions .
1) Sensory nerves: These nerves send messages to the brain from the sense organs.
2)Motor nerves: These nerves convey impulses to the muscles or organs.
3) Mixed nerves: These nerves contain both Sensory and Motor fibres, which enables them to perform both the tasks of The Sensory and Motor nerves.
