nucleus was discovered by Robert Brown in 1831.nucleus is centre of cells. nucleus is a clear conspicuous and easily distinguishable structure. it is a double membrane bond structure. its organelles are nucleoplasm, nucleolus, nuclear pores, chromatin fibres, double nuclear membrane and ribosome attached to outer membrane.

Neuclus is define as a membrane ( organelle)   which is enclosed organelle found in eukaryotic cells. It has DNA molecules with a large variety of proteins, to form chromostones.
