Hello!

Here is your answer!
==========================================================
Neutron and proton and electron combine to form atoms.

What is an atom?

Well in simple Atoms are the basic building blocks of ordinary matter. Atoms can join together to form molecules, which in turn form most of the objects around you.

Coming to your question

What is a neutron?

A neutron is a subatomic particle found in the nucleus of every atom except that of simple hydrogen.  The particle derives its name from the fact that it has no electrical charge; it is neutral.

What is a proton?

A proton is a subatomic particle found in the nucleus of every atom.  The particle has a positive electrical charge, equal and opposite to that of the electron.

Last but not the least. what is an electron?

An electron is a negatively charged subatomic particle. It can be either free or bound to the nucleus of an atom. Electrons in atoms exist in spherical shells of various radii, representing energy levels.

Hey there!!

What is atom? -
Atom is smallest particle /unit of any substance
But there is 3 subatomic particle also which can be divided in by that form
Now coming to Topic -

What is Neutron ? -
Neutron is a subatomic particle , with mass
1.67 \times {10}^{ - 27} kg
and neutral or 0 charge

which was discovered by James Chadwick

But it was experimented by Rutherford and later he postulated his observations

Proton -
It is another one subatomic particle with +ve charge and atomic mass
1.6 \times {10}^{ - 27} kg

it was discovered by Goldsmith

It combine with neutron in nucleus

Electron -

Electron -ve charge subatomic particle ,
with mass
9.10 \times {10}^{ - 31} kg
It says that it revolve the nucleus of an atom

Hope this helps u !!
