What is Newton second law

aryanjha234: Law of inertia!!
alisha7628: ok
jaivinpanchmatia: Newton's second law of motion pertains to the behavior of objects for which all existing forces are not balanced. The second law states that the acceleration of an object is dependent upon two variables - the net force acting upon the object and the mass of the object.
jaivinpanchmatia: simply this means that it gives us an equation of rate of change of momentum or magnitude of Force applied

Force is directly proportional to the change in momentum nd inversely proportional to the time taken!!!!!!.......
eventually...
force equals mass times acceleration

alisha7628: thanks
aryanjha234: thanks
aryanjha234: very very thankyou

The newtons second law is :
According to Newton the rate of change of momentum of any system is directly propotional to the applied external force and this change in momentum takes place in the direction of applied force.
