The Noble metal are a group of metal that resist oxidation and corrosion in most air . The Noble metal are not easily attacked by acids. they are the opposite of the base metals, which more readily oxidize and corrode .

They are - 1. Ruthenium. 2. palladium 3. silver 4 . osmium 5. iradium 6. platinum 7. Gold 8. Rhodium.
