Nomenclature is further classified into two types, such as :-

  • Vernacular naming system:- This is based upon naming of organisms by the use of common or local languages.
  • Scientific naming system:- This system further included the polynomial Nomenclature, trinomial Nomenclature and the binomial system of Nomenclature.
