Explanation:

Non coorpuration is a movement started by Mahatma gandhi. He belived that the East india will not be able to govern India if we will not coorputate them. So it is started , but soon it came to its end because many problems was faced by the people because the british goods was abolished in this movement and the khadi is prefered to the people. but the khadi is very expansive so the people cant afford it so they abolish this movement and came back to the british goods .
