Non cooperation movement was a nationalist movement led by Mahatma Gandhi throughout the country against the British colonisers in the early 1920's.
This movement meant that the administration work in the colony was being done by the British only with the help of the Indian workers and employed labourers.
However if there was no cooperation provided to the British the administration would be dismantled and then the British will have to leave the country.
