non green plants are simply plans that are not green colour because of leaves quantity of chlorophyll in some species of plants .as chlorophyll has a green pigment and it plays a fairly big role in photosynthesis these non green plants have a little and that that is why they are not Green . yet, they can make food from sunlight with the help with a little chlorophyll that they have. another explantation is that the non green plants leaves live on saphropytic nutrition
