Non market activities refer to the activities which dont come under the economic activity of a person. They are did for the general goodness or for general growth of a collective of people.

Example : NGO are non governmental organisations that are done for any issue such as conducting awareness camps regarding any issue or problem. They are done for free and for general welfare of people. Hence they come under non market activity.
