An object is said to be in non- uniform motion when it covers equal distances in unequal intervals of time or when it covers unequal distances in equal intervals of time or when it covers unequal distances in unequal intervals of time.

For example-
• A car moving on a crowded road.
• A cycler riding a bicycle.

for example:- if in the first 5 seconds the object has covered 10 meter then in the next 5 sec it will cover some other distance may be less or more than 5
