What is not included in the state list in the constitution of india?

The matters not included in the State List :

⇒ The Matters in the Union List which includes 97 subjects including important subjects like :

• Defence
• Foreign policy
• Communication

⇒ The Matters in the Residuary powers which means that the Parliament can make laws on subjects  which is not included on both Union and State Lists

⇒ The money Bill is only passed by the Lok Sabha
